Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

6 serving Jarrow Formulas Whey Protein - Unflavored (1scoop = 1 serving) (by REFERENCE)
    8 tbsp PB Fit (2 tbsp, 12g)
    12 tsp coconut sugar, Madhava™ Organic (1 t)
    .5 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar
    .25 tsp Salt
0.25 cup Egg whites, Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, 1/4 cup = 2 egg whites
1 cup Oats, Quaker (1 cup dry oats)
8 Tbs MCT Oil - Prasada
8 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill)
8 tbsp Bob's Red Mill - Organic Whole Ground Flax Seed Meal
4 tbsp *Nestle Mini Chocolate Chips
2 tbsp Chia Seeds CHIA POWER Navitas
2 tbsp Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts (Raw Shelled Hemp Seeds)
4 tbsp Trader Joe's Dried Fruit Dried Cranberries (4 Tbsp or 1/4 Cup)
.5 cup Go Raw Sprouted Mixed Seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, watermelon)

Tips

You can make this lower glycemic by eliminating the brown sugar and subbing sugar free chocolate chips.

Directions

Preheat oven to 300. Whisk together the first five ingredients well. Add the egg whites, MCT oil, and half a cup of water. Beat well. Mince the cranberries or tear each one into fourths. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir until well mixed. It'll be really sticky. Line a 9.5 x 7.5 baking pan with parchment paper. Press the mixture evenly into the pan. Get your hands wet to prevent the batter from sticking. Bake for 25-30 or until a toothpick comes out clean. Remove from oven and let set in pan for five to ten minutes. Remove from pan, let cool, and cut into 12 even bars.

Serving Size: Makes 12 bars.
