Ingredients

    1.0 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) Cabbage, fresh
    1.0 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips
    0.5 serving Red Bell Pepper (one medium pepper)
    1.0 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips
    16.0 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    0.5 cup Spinach, fresh
    3.0 cup, chopped Kale
    1/2 gallon water
    1 1/2 tablespoon organic tumeric
    1 tablespoons organic curry
    4 tablespoons himalayan pink salt
    1 tablespoon minced garlic

Directions

Add water & all spices Add chicken & cook till 80% done Add all vegetables & cook until tender.
