Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    3 serving Chicken - Boneless & Skinless Breast (4 ounces) butterfly
    1 cup Mushrooms, canned
    3 tbsp Butter, salted
    1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    3 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
    1 dash Salt
    1 tsp Badia complete seasoning (by MSKEESH)
    1 serving Goya Sazon con culantro y achiote (orange box) (by MOMRSLY)

Directions

Saute butterfly chicken breasts in butter for 5 mins on each side. Remove chicken when done. Add onions and mushrooms to same buttered pan. Add chicken breasts on top and cover. Let simmer for 15mins or until done.
