    5 serving PC Blue Menu Lean Italian Pork Sausage (1) (by MICHELLEK186)
    2 cup pieces Mushrooms, cooked
    5 cloves Garlic
    1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
    5 cup Spaghetti, cooked without added salt (pasta)
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil


Start by boiling water for pasta.
Add Salt.
When boiling, add pasta and cook to al dente

Heat Oil
Sautee chopped garlic
Add de-cased Italian sausage and brown
Add Mushrooms
Allow to simmer until mushrooms are cooked.

Drain pasta and reserve 1-2 cups of the salted pasta water.
Place sausage mixture into the pot used for pasta.
Add 1/2 cup parmesan cheese plus, some of the water that was set aside.
Stir and allow to cook down slightly.
Add back pasta. Mix & serve!

Top with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese.
