Ingredients

    1 Tbsp Oilive Oil
    1/2 cup Swanson's FF Chicken Broth
    4 medium to large potatoes
    1/2 onion
    seasoning to taste

Directions

Swirl oil into large non-stick frying pan. Add onions and cover, cooking until softened. Add broth and bring to a boil. Add potaoes, mix well, then cover and cook until soft. remove cover and continue to cook, adding seasonins as needed, until slightly browned.
