Ingredients

    16 oz Chicken strips raw (by JASPERGRETSCH)
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 cup (1 serving) Kellogg's Corn Flakes Cereal
    0.25 cup Cheese (Kraft Shredded Parmesan, Romano, Asiago)
    1 tsp Garlic powder
    1 TBSP Dried Chopped Onions (by MRSFITPANDA)
    2 tbsp Parsley Flakes (by LOGANKITTY98)
    1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (by TORI7HARRISON)
    1 serving Pam - Olive Oil Spray 4 second spray (by DRENSHAW)

So yummy. You can change spices to what you like!


Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Spray baking pan with olive oil. Whip egg, add corn flakes (crushed) in large bag. Add spices to corn flakes. Coat each piece of chicken in egg then shake in bag to coat with corn flake mixture. Place on baking sheet, bake approximately 20 minutes. Or till done. Add your own dipping sauce. I like mine plain.
