Introduction

Ingredients

    4 - 5 oz. cans of tuna, water drained
    1 ripe avocado peeling and pit removed
    1 Tbs. light mayonnaise
    1/4 cup lemon or lime juice
    Various spices and herbs0.25 serving Juice, Lemon = 1/4 Cup (by 16HEATHER)

Directions

Remove peeling and pit from ripe avocado.
Mash avocado with lemon or lime juice.
Add 4 five oz. cans of drained tuna (either light or white), mashed with light mayo, to mashed avocado.
Add spices and herbs to taste.
Serve on bread, toast, crackers, endive, lettuce leaves - you get the idea. Enjoy
