    2 T. grapeseed oil
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/4 c. carrots, large grate or strips
    1/4 c. slivered almonds
    2 c. brown rice, cooked
    1 t. salt
    other seasonings to taste


Heat oil in large skillet and saute onion, celery, carrots and almonds until onions are tender. Add rice and seasonings. Heat through. Serves 4.
