Introduction

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Ham, regular, 200 grams
    Finely choppedFresh Chilli, 1 tbsp
    Finely chopped Lemon grass, 2 tbsp
    Finely chopped Garlic, 4 cloves
    Finely chopped Basil, 1 tbsp
    Lime Juice, 2 fl oz
    *Fish Sauce, 2 tbsp
    Brown Sugar, 2 tsp unpacked
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup cherry tomatoes
    *Coriander leaf, dried, 1 tsp
    Romaine Lettuce (salad), 0.5 cup, shredded

Directions

1. Mix the Fresh chilli, Lemongrass, Garlic, Basil, Sugar and Lime juice set aside for a couple of minutes
2. Chop the Ham into strips place in a bowl and pour the 1st mix into the bowl, slightly toss until all parts of the ham is covered in the sauce mix.
3. Chop the lettuce and cheery tomatoes and place on serving dish.
4. Place the Ham mix on top of the lettuce and tomatoes.

* Makes 1-2 servings
