Introduction
This is a delicious pizza that everyone loves! It's a Friday night regular at our house and there's a revolt if I run out of whole wheat flour and have to make it with all white flour! Nutrition calculated with veggies on top, but it's also good with other toppings. This is a delicious pizza that everyone loves! Ingredients

Dough:
2 pkgs yeast
2 c. warm water
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. olive oil
3 c. whole wheat flour
2 c. all purpose flour
Sauce:
8 oz. tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp minced garlic
1/8 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. dried oregano
Topping:
4 c. pizza cheese (Cheddar/mozzarella mix)
1 c. onion slices
1 c. chopped green pepper
Directions
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in remaining dough ingredients and knead with dough hook on mixer. Cover bowl with damp towel and allow to rest 30 minutes. Mix sauce ingredients and set aside. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Grease 2 10" pizza pans and divide dough equally in half. Stretch half on each pan, spread with sauce, and sprinkle 2 cups cheese on each pizza. Top with green peppers and onions. Bake 15 minutes, or until crust is brown and filling is hot and bubbly.
