Ingredients

    2 cup Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
    2 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
    1 cup Butter, salted
    1 cup Granulated Sugar
    .5 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    3 large Egg Yolk
    2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    4 tbsp Brewer's Yeast (by JOYFUL711)
    .5 serving Kretschmer Wheat Germ (2 Tbsp)
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    .5 tsp Salt (table) (by CYNDYY1)
    0.5 tsp Cream Of Tartar
    2.5 cup Oats, Quaker (1 cup dry oats)
    24 tbsp Nestle Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chip Morsels
    .5 cup, chopped Walnuts

Tips

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Let butter come to room temperature. Blend until creamy and set aside.
Blend flax seed in 1/4 cup water and let stand for 5 minutes, stir.
Blend flour, brewers yeast, wheat germ, baking soda, salt, cream of tartar in bowl and set aside.
Blend egg yolks into whipped butter, add sugars and vanilla extract and continue blending. Stir in flax seed mixture in by hand.
Mix in flour mixture by hand, then stir in chocolate chips and walnuts. Blend by hand thoroughly incorporating ingredients.
Roll/shape into 24 (small egg sized) balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake til edges are golden brown, about 15 minutes. Let stand on cookie sheet for 1 minute before cooling on wire rack. Enjoy!!
