Ingredients

    1/2 cup milk, 2%
    1/2 cup Greek yogurt plain non-fat (Chobani)
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    8 medium strawberries (about 1 cup), or any combination of fruit
    2 tbsp sugar
    6 cubes ice (about 1/2 cup), crushed

Directions

In a blender combine strawberries, milk, yogurt, sugar and vanilla. Toss in the ice. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into glass and serve.

Makes 1 serving.
