A great way to use tahini A great way to use tahini
Number of Servings: 2


    1 can Green Lentils, drained (reserve the liquid)
    2 tbsp Tahini
    1 tbsp Tomato Paste
    1 tsp Garlic Puree
    1/2 tsp Onion powder
    !/2 tsp Italian herbs
    1 dash Salt
    1 dash Pepper, black


Dribble on salad or wraps or use as a dip.

It's also great warmed up and served mixed with rice, quinoa or buckwheat. I've also blended it as a quick sauce for pasta.

Can be frozen and used later,


!. Add all the ingredients except the lentils to a bowl and mix until well combined. Add a little of the liquid if the mixture is to thick to loosen it up a bit. It should have a thick consistency.
2. Add the lentils and mix to combine. Adjust seasoning as desired.

Serving Size: Makes 2 portions or use as a dip
