    Rainbow Rotini, 12 oz (remove)
    Asparagus, fresh, 15 spear, small (5" long or less)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    Cherry Tomatoes, 2 cup
    Red Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Artichoke Hearts - Canned, 1.5 cup
    President Crumbled Feta: Mediterranean Herbs, 8 oz
    Wishbone Bountifuls - Mediterranean, 12 tbsp


Cook Pasta until al dente and set aside to cool.
Cut asparagus into 1 1/2 inch pieces and saute with sliced mushrooms and minced garlic (if desired) until softened, about 3-5 min.
Chop up broccoli and red onion to bite size pieces, and cut cherry tomatoes in halves.
Drain artichoke hearts and cut in half.
Combine all vegetables in a large bowl.
Add dressing to chilled pasta and then combine with vegetables.
Finally add in feta cheese and mix.
Serve chilled.
