Introduction

lower-calorie (replace sugar with sucralose) version of Outback's! lower-calorie (replace sugar with sucralose) version of Outback's!

Ingredients

    3 medium (about 2 lbs.) sweet potatoes
    2 T. butter, softened
    1/2 cup sucralose
    1/4 c. corn syrup
    1/2 T. cinnamon
    1/2T. vanilla extract

Directions

Cook sweet potatoes on a cookie sheet in 350-degree oven for one hour. Remove skin from sweet potatoes and set aside.
Place butter, sucralose, syrup, cinnamon and vanilla into mixing bowl and blend with an electric mixer for about two minutes. Add sweet potatoes and blend another minute.
Serve hot!
