1 package Soba Noodles, 340 grams (Sprouts)

    1 block Tofu, firm
    1 cup Peas, frozen
    1 cup, sliced Zucchini
3 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)

4 tbsp Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce
    1 tbsp Srirachai Sauce
1 tbsp Vinegar - Natural Rice Vinegar (Nakano)
    2 tbsp Sesame Oil
    3 clove Garlic
1 tsp freshly grated Ginger Root

You really can't do this wrong- don't over think it. Cook the noodles, make the sauce, saute the tofu and your favorite veggies. Mix it all together and enjoy!

Bring water to boil for noodles. While waiting, drain tofu between paper towels compressed between two plates. Give peas a quick thaw and cut up your other veggies. Cut up tofu into cubes. Mix up the sauce ingredients and set aside. Heat a skillet to medium and add tofu and vegetables. Cook noodles to instructions. Tofu does not need to be browned- just heated through or whatever level of "done-ness" that you enjoy. As your noodles finish, stir the sauce into the skillet and coat your veggies and tofu. Drain the noodles and put in a nice wide-ish serving bowl. Pour the skillet contents over top. Use a pasta spoon to dish up. So good!
