Ingredients

    1.5 tbsp EVOO Pompeian
    2.6 serving Baby Bella Mushrooms (3 oz)
    3 cup Spinach, fresh
    4 serving Chicken Thigh - Bone In, With Skin
    4 serving Great Value Deli Style Sliced Non-Smoked Provolone Cheese (by JHARAKALPERRINE)
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    3 cloves Garlic

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Season chicken thighs with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder
Bake chicken for 10 min
Flip chicken and bake until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees
Top chicken with slices of provolone and leave in oven for 2 minutes to melt cheese
In saucepan, saute onions, garlic, and mushrooms until tender
Stir in spinach until spinach is wilted
Serve
