Introduction

A delicious microwave brownie for when my nighttime sweet tooth won't leave me alone.
I often top it with 1 tbsp peanut butter, whipped cream, or a little milk.

Ingredients

    3 tbs cup Flour
    3 tbs cup Granulated Sugar
    3 tbs Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
    1.5 tbsp Canola/Vegetable Oil
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 tsp Baking Soda

Tips

Be careful when it comes out of the microwave. It can be VERY HOT!


Directions

Mix all ingredients in a mug.
Microwave for a minute.
If not cooked all the way through, stir and microwave for another 45 seconds.
WARNING: Give it a few minutes to cook. It will be HOT!
