Ingredients

    4 cup Blackberries, fresh
    1 cup Granulated Sugar
    8 serving L.R. single pie crust
    2 tbsp Butter, salted
    0.375 tsp Salt
    0.25 cup Bob's Red Mill Tapioca Flour (by FRESHSTART469)
    60 gram(s) prairie gold wheat berries
    50 grams Brown Sugar

Directions

Combine sugar, flour and salt.; toss with blackberries and put into pie shell of your choice. Top with a lattice crust if desired and bake at 400 for 10 minutes. Then at 350 for 45-50 minutes. makes enough for one 9-inch pie.
