    1/2 lb taco meat
    1 can corn, drained
    1 sm can chili beans
    1/4 C onions
    1 box cornbread(prepared with an egg and skim milk)


Spray cassserole with Pam. Mix box of cornbread with milk and egg and set aside. Combine all remaining ingredients and pour into casserole. Top with cornbread mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 mins or until toothpick comes out clean. Garnish with sour cream if desired.
