    2.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1.0 tsp Baking Powder
    1.0 tsp Baking Soda
    1 Cup mashed Banana, about 3 small 6" to 6 7/8"
    2 Cups old fashioned oatmeal
    1.0 oz Slivered Almonds
    5.3 oz nonfat plain Greek yogurt
    1.0 cup zero calorie sweetener
    3-4 oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk, or liquid of choice.


Pre Heat oven to 350. Line a 12-cup muffin pan or spray with a non-stick spray. Pulse 2 cups old fashioned oats until it is a flour like consistency. Blend all ingredients except nuts very well. Fold in 1 oz Almond slivers. Pour in muffin tin and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 25 minutes. Muffins are done when and toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Do not overbake . TIP spray or Grease top of muffin tin. Serving Size: 1 muffin - makes 12 muffins

  • I don't know if I could make enough changes to swap out what we can eat versus what we can't. I looks delicious and somewhat similar to one I make. I do use several spices in them. Cloves, all spice and cinnamon which boosts the flavor wonderfully. - 8/22/19
