This is off of the all bran recipe web site. I just traded dates for raisins.

Number of Servings: 24


    2 cups All-Bran® Original

    1/2 cup chopped dried apricots

    1 cup dates

    1/3 cup all-purpose flour

    1/2 cup honey

    1/3 cup skim milk

    3 tablespoons vegetable oil

    1 egg, slightly beaten


1. In large mixing bowl, combine Kellogg's® All-Bran® cereal, apricots, dates, flour, honey, milk and oil. Mix until combined. Stir in egg. Spread evenly in 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan coated with cooking spray.

2. Bake at 325° F about 30 minutes until firm in center. Cool in pan. Cut
into 24 bars. Store tightly covered.
