Ingredients



    * Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat, 1.00 cup (not packed)
    * Egg, fresh, 4.00 large
    * Salt, 0.25 tsp
    * Canola Oil, 2.00 tbsp
    * Blueberries, fresh, 1.00 cup
    * Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain, 1.00 serving





    for oatmeal its 1 cup I couldn't get it to hit anything else besides serving

Directions

Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix thoroughly. Drop by tablespoons onto a hot, greased frying pan or griddle. Serves 3-4. (I add 1 cup blueberries.)
