Ingredients

    100 gram nature's eats blanched almond flour
    60 gram(s) Coconut Secret Raw Coconut Flour
    1 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
    2 serving Whey Protein Isolate Powder
    200 gram Peanut Butter, Kirkland Signature Natural Creamy
    150 gram Fiberyum Pre-biotic syrup sweetener
    14 gram(s) Truvia Sweetner (3.5 g = 1 packet)
    56 grams Low fat cream cheese

Tips

You can enjoy you bars after cutting them into serving sized after they firm up in the refrigerator or freezer.


Directions

Weigh and Combine all the ingredients in a food process and use pulse button to combined all the ingredients. You can use water or almond milk 1 to 2 tablespoon at a time to combine the dough. The dough will be thick and sticky. Spread the dough mixture into the loaf pans. If do not have a loaf pan you can form a large rectangle 12x8 and cut 20 bars Use parchment paper to form the dough. Chill the bars before cutting in the freezer or refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
