Ingredients

    1 Cup Almond Flour
    1 Tbl Ground Flaxseed Meal
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    3 large Egg
    1/4 Whole Milk Plain Greek Yogurt

Directions

Preheat oven to 350

Mix ingredients together, and pour into muffin tin.

Bake for 15 minutes until lightly brown. Cool a little and serve.
