Introduction

    1 serving Potato, Yukon Gold - 1 potato, 5.2 oz (by PIPPAGREY)
    .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    .50 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    .25 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    0.15 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    3 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, unsalted
    2 serving Broth, chicken: College Inn, Light & Fat Free, 50% less Sodium, Chicken Broth, 1 cup/serv
    .50 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
    .50 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
