Lisa's grandma's chocolate roll Lisa's grandma's chocolate roll
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .75 cup Granulated Sugar
    2 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
    1 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream

Directions

Separate Egg Whites from yolks. Set yolks aside.
Whip eggs whites till stiff - set aside.
Beat egg yolks with cocoa and 1/2 cup sugar.
Fold into egg whites
Pour on parchment paper on cookie sheet
Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes
Put damp linen towel over another cookie sheet
Remove from oven and flip onto damp towel. Use spatula and scrap off the parchment paper.
Whip small carton of whipping cream till stiff. Add 2 tsp. almond extract and ╝ cup sugar.
Spread over cake.
Take edge of towel and roll.
