    3.0 cup Spaghetti Squash
    0.25 tsp Chili powder
    0.25 tsp Cumin seed
    0.25 small Onions, raw
    2.0 serving Grape Tomatoes (3oz/12 tomatoes)
    1.0 cup Beans - Bush's Black Beans Reduced Sodium
    1.0 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen
    4.0 serving Aldi's Fit & Active Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese - 1/4 cup (28g/1 oz)/serving
    4.0 serving Cheese Kraft 2% Milk Shredded Colby Jack Cheese 80 ncalorie 1/4 c
    8.0 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
    1.0 tbsp Ortega taco seasoning mix


Cut squash in half, bake til tender ( 40 mins). Cook meat, mix rest of ingredients with cooked squash in shell. Add cheese, bake til cheese melted.
