Ingredients

    3.0 serving Red Bell Pepper (one medium pepper)
    3.0 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh
    1.0 large Onions, raw
    2.5 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
    1.5 cup Beans, black
    8.0 tsp Lawry's Taco Seasoning

Directions

Saute the veggies until tender crisp. Then add the beans and chickpeas (I used canned, make sure to rinse) and cook another 1 to 2 minutes until they're heated through. Add the taco seasoning, might need a splash of water. Turn off heat and serve as desired.

Serving Size: Makes 12 servings.
