    10 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 cup Spinach, fresh
    .5 tsp Garlic powder
    .5 tsp Onion powder
    .5 cup, diced Ham, regular (11% fat)
    .5 tsp Pepper, black
    0.19 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded


Pre-heat oven to 400. Crack Eggs, add seasonings, add spinach, add ham, add cheese whisk together. Spray muffin pan, pour egg mixture into the pan fill each cup 1/2 full. Bake for 12-15.
