Introduction

Ingredients

    8 cup Milk, nonfat
    2 oz ALDI simply nature plain whole milk yogurt (by SABAMANDER)
    2 serving Gelatin, Beef - Vital Proteins (by RPALAWSKI)

Directions

Heat milk in Instant Pot on the yogurt (adjust = boil) setting. After the Instant Pot beeps, sprinkle in gelatin. Either thoroughly whisk or use an immersion blender to blend.

When milk reaches between 110 and 114 degrees Fahrenheit, whisk in the Aldi yogurt. Press the yogurt button and allow to culture for 8 hours. When done, cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.

Serving Size: Makes eight and a quarter 1 cup servings
