Homemade Granola Homemade Granola
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    3 cup Oats, Quaker (1 cup dry oats)
    0.5 cup, chopped Pecans
    0.5 cup, slivered Almonds
    12 tbsp Coconut Flakes, Organic, Unsweetened
    1 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
    .5 tsp Salt
    0.25 cup Maple Syrup
    0.25 cup Coconut Oil
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 serving Egg white, large
    4 Tbs Water

Directions

Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake at 340 degrees - 40 minutes (after 20 minutes, flip the pan in oven and then cook for 20 additional minutes)

Serving Size: Cut into 20 portions while still warm.
