Introduction

A delightful apple Desert or breakfast item. A delightful apple Desert or breakfast item.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2 cup Granulated Sugar
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    3 cup Flour - all purpose flour
    1 tsp Salt
    4 Apples (aprox)
    .25 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1 cup Oil **

    Optional: add 1/2 cup Nuts

Directions

Peel and chop fresh Apples, (2 cups worth)
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.
Add mixed ingredients to a 11" x 14" greased glass pan.
Bake for 30 - 35 minutes at 350f


**your choice, i use vegetable oil

Serving Size: 12, 2 inch pieces
