    0.5 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry
    3 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
    3 tbsp *Flax Seed
    2 tbsp chia seeds
    10 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1 tsp Salt

My husband loves raisins, walnuts, apples and cinnamon in his.


Directions

Soak in plastic tub in refrigerator. Microwave .5 cup each morning per person.
