Ingredients

5 cup *Campbells Cream of Mushroom Soup (2-10.5 oz. cans)
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    227 grams Portabella Mushrooms
24 oz Pork, fresh, loin, center rib (chops), boneless, separable lean only, cooked, braised

Tips

If you wish, you can garnish with anything that appeals to you.

Directions

Empty one can of mushroom soup into the crockpot and turn on low. Braise or brown pork loin and put it in a single layer on top of the soup. Saute onions and mushrooms til slightly tender in non-stick pan. (mushrooms will provide enough moisture for sauteing) Add onions and mushrooms on top of pork loin and put the second can of soup on top and spread as best you can. Turn the pot to high for 1 hour, stir well to get everything coated, turn down to low and cook an additional 4 to 5 hrs. Serves 6.
(I serve mine over brown or wild rice, spaghetti squash or zoodles.)
