    57 grams Butter Kerrigold Irish per 100g
    227 gram Mc Dougalls Self Raising Flour (by XXNEATZXX)
    28 gram(s) Tesco golden caster sugar (by DEMETRAA)
    40 gram(s) Tesco Sultanas 100g
    50 Ml Tesco Whole Milk per 100ml


Heat fan oven 200
Put in bowl the flour, butter and sugar and fingertip rub these ingredients together until the resemble breadcrumbs. Mix in Sultanas and then slowly add your milk to bowl until it comes together into a dough consistency (but take care not to make it too wet (only use the amount of milk you need, could be more, could be less)
Lightly flour work surface, roll out until dough is about 1 inch thick (25mm) Use a 2" round cutter and gently cut out 6 scones. If any dough left make extra. Place on non stick baking sheet, sparingly brush small amount of milk on top of each scone making sure you dont let it run down the side of the scone. Place in oven for about 15 minutes until golden brown. Take out of over, let them cool down before taking them off baking tray.

These will keep well for a few days, but can also be frozen once they are completely cold.
