Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 cup Beans, black
    24 oz Pork Shoulder (pork butt, picnic roast)
    2 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    4 clove Garlic
    2 serving 1 Chipotle Pepper in 1 Tbsp Adobo Sauce (by SNAVELA1)
    2 tsp Cumin seed
    6 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth

Tips

I used on red onion and chopped it. Mince the garlic


Directions

Put all ingredients in Slow Cooker on high for 6 hours or Low for 8 hours. Pull out pork and shred. Use immersion blender to blend 1/2 black beans. Put pork back in. You can add sour cream and salsa (those added calories are not in this recipe)
