    3.0 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw
    0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    0.25 cup, diced Celery, raw
    0.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    1.0 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1.0 tsp Salt
    1.0 tsp Pepper, black
    0.25 cup, grated Carrots, raw
    32.0 tsp Beverage, Creamer, Non-Dairy, Powdered, Great Value


Wash veggies. Peel potatoes. Chop up onions potatoes and celery. Leave some of the potatoes in larger chunks so that it cooks creamier. Cook veggies until tender. Using a spoon or a potato masher or spoon mash some of the potatoes to make soup creamier. Mix up the egg and flour to make a paste. Drop by teaspoon full into soup. Stir well and let cook for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Add the non dairy creamer and stir well and you're done. Enjoy.

Serving Size: Makes about one cup to win a 1/2 cup servings for 3 to 4 people
