Ingredients

    60 gram(s) Maggi - Sopa Negra (1 paquete = 5porciones 12g)
    800 gram(s) Canned Black Beans (1 can = 400g)
    2 cup Homemade Vegetable Stock
    2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw

Directions

Prepare soup according to package instructions, but instead of 4 cups of water, use 2 cups water and 2 cups stock. Once it boils, lower the heat to medium and add the beans straight from the can, liquid included. Cook in medium heat for about 5 minutes. bring the heat up until it boils again and carefully add the eggs, once you add the eggs turn the heat to low, put the lid on and let it simmer for another 7-10 minutes to cook the eggs.
