    5 100g Waitrose beef mince 15% fat
    600 grams Onions, raw
    500 grams Carrots, raw
    300 grams Mushrooms, fresh finely diced
    4 serving rapeseed oil goldenfields 5ml serving
    1 tsp Dried Chilli flakes (by CHEEKYCHOOK)
    1 dash Salt
    1 tbsp asda tomato puree
    1 tsp Granulated Sugar
    4 serving canned tomatoes 100g
    80 mL White Wine
    1 serving Beef oxo cube (by OLLYBEE_FINKEL)
    1 tsp Oregano, ground
    3 clove Garlic
    9 serving mature cheddar, english asda, 10g


Fry onions, in oil, chilli flakes and salt until browned.
Add finely diced carrots and steam until tender.
Add mushrooms, fry until liquid dissipated.
Increase heat, brown and break up mince.
Fry off tomato purée, add tomatoes, sugar and herbs.
Add stock and wine.
Simmer until well reduced.
Serve with open jackets and grate mature cheddar on top.

Serving Size: Makes 6 portions to go with a jacket potato
