Ingredients

    8 serving Flax Seed Meal, Bob's Red Mill (Golden) - 2 Tbsp (by MSALICAT)
    2 tbsp Now Psyllium Husk Powder
    2 1tsp Olive Oil
    0.25 tsp Xanthan Gum (by SRHAMM)
    0.5 tsp Curry powder
    1.125 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap

Directions

1. Mix together all of the dry ingredients, then add water and 2 tsp. oil. Mix it together well until a light dough forms. Leave this for 1 hour, uncovered, on the counter.
2. Split the tortilla into 6 portions if you are using a 6.5" tortilla press.
3. With each portion of your tortilla dough, press it down with your tortilla press.
4. Heat 1 tsp. oil in a pan over medium high heat (for each tortilla) and fry until desired brownness occurs.
