Ingredients

    .50 cup Butter, unsalted
    36 tsp Truvia brown sugar blend (by WENDIASHER)
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    2 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    2 oz Fisher Naturals Walnut halves & pieces

Tips

Original recipe cleed for granulated sugar but I substitute Truvia Brown Sugar blend which works jus fine.


Directions

Mix well in order given. Pour into a 9 inch bread pan or 4 mini loaf pans. Bake @ 350 degrees for 50-60 min for 9 inch bread pan or 30-40 min for mini loaf pans. Cool on wire rack
