Introduction

You can substitute plain yogurt or a fruit extract for the vanilla to try different flavors! This recipe uses an ice cream freezer - but also works well with popsicle molds and popped in freezer! Ingredients

    1 2/3 Skim Milk
    3/4 cup Splenda
    4 cups Nonfat Yogurt, pref. Vanilla
    1/4 cup Nonfat vanilla non dairy creamer
    1 tblsp vanilla extract

Directions

Mix milk and Splenda until dissolved, then add remaining ingredients into mixer. Beat well. Pour ingredients into ice cream machine and process for 20-30 minutes or until mixture is frozen and thick. Great right out of the machine! Frozen yogurt will harden when placed in freezer. Makes 12 1/2 cup servings.
