Ingredients

    1 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry
    1 serving Pumpkin-Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin (1/2 cup)
    1 serving Almond Milk Silk Pure Unsweetened all natural original 30 calories/1cup

Directions

Put all ingredients plus 4 cups water in a crockpot that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Cook on low 7 to 8 hours. Decode into 5 servings in individual containers and refrigerate. To reheat put in a microwave save bowl and add a few tablespoons water. Stir and heat for 1 minute. Stir and heat again for 2 minutes or desired temp. Add Splendia and any toppings you like.
