Ingredients

    1.3 cup Flour, white
    0.25 cup Butter, salted
    0.25 cup Canola Oil
    2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1.0 cup Granulated Sugar
    3.0 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh

Directions

Melted butter, combine all wet ingredients, add 1 teaspoon potassium bicarbonate, then add flour. Spray pie plate with oil. Bake for 30 mins at 350
