    1 lb beef eye of round steak
    2 TBS olive oil ( or other)
    1 sm. onion diced
    1 celery stalk diced
    1 Pint sliced fresh mushrooms
    8 oz bean sprouts
    1 Tbs beef soup base or bouillion
    2 tsp flour
    meat tenderizer/pepper
    1 TBS worcestershire sauce
    1 small diced tomato


brown meat in olive oil with celery and onion added, once browned and the celery and onion good and sauteed, add the diced tomato and the beef soup base mixed well with some water, Worcestershire sauce and simmer for around 45 minutes to an hour until tender ( I put some meat tenderizer on to help)
when close to done add mushrooms and flour mixed with a littel water til smooth let cook at least another 10 minutes and add the bean sprouts. YUMMY YUMMY!!
