Ingredients

    1 serving 3 Pepper & Onion Blend, Kroger (frozen) - 1 cup
    1 serving Scenic Ridge 12 in spinach wrap
    1 serving Aldi’s Fit & Active Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese - 1/4 cup (28g/1 oz)/serving
    3 oz London Broil Steak

Tips

Different wraps can be used for this if cannot find the XL wraps in your area.


Directions

Cook meat in desired seasonings. I used a bit of salt, pepper and garlic powder.
When meat done to liking add frozen pepper and onions.
I used my foreman grill when constructing the actual quesadilla, by laying one shell on, filling and folding over on top of self. When both sides crispy and cheese melted remove from heat. Let stand for about two minutes. Cut in half and serve with side of sour cream and/or salsa
