    1.50 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
    2.50 tbsp Olive Oil
    2 cup, whole Mushrooms, fresh
    1 slice, large (1/4" thick) Onions, raw
    2 cup, sliced Zucchini
    2 cup Old el Paso Refried Beans - Fat Free
    3 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
    2 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange)
    3.50 oz Fage 0% Greek yogurt
    4 serving Corn Tostadas (La China Poblana) 2= 1 serving


1. Heat oven to 452 degrees F. I plastic bag, place veggies, oil and seasoning and thoroughly mix and coat well. Then place in roasting pan (s) roast until tender 20-25 turning half way through.
2. Place tortillas on baking sht. Brush w/remaining oil, spread with refried beans, a cpl of dollops of yogurt, and shredded cheese. Bake until heated through and cheese is melted, 5-7 min.
3. Top with veggies, chopped cilantro and some hot sauce.

Serving Size: Makes 3, 2pc serving
