Introduction

My base dessert cheesecake bombs. There are several variations to come. My base dessert cheesecake bombs. There are several variations to come.
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    1 cup Cream Cheese
    0.5 cup Coconut Oil (melted)
    0.5 cup Butter, salted (melted)
    0.25 cup Sweetleaf Stevia
    3 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

Tips

These must be kept refirdgerated however, I will often gently melt a couple and add a tablespoon of unwhipped whipping cream to pour over my berries.


Directions

Whip together all engredients until smooth and light. Using a piping bag or spoon, fill a 24 cup mini tray evenly with the mixture. Place in refridgerator to cool at least 4 hours. Once solid they can be put in a sealed container and refridgerated for up to a week. Maybe longer but they don't last that long.
