Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    36 oz Ground beef, lean
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2 tbsp 4c gluten free breadcrumbs (GF)
    .5 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers)
    2 tbsp Fischer & Wieser "Razzpotle" Raspberry Chipotle Sauce
    0.75 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 400
Cut bell pepper into small pieces. Add pepper and egg to blender and blend until well mixed.
Place meat, cheese, breadcrumbs, Razzpotle sauce and egg mix in bowl. Add seasonings if preferred (onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper)
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly
Form into 10-12 small loaves and place on baking sheet with sides (if you cook on a flat tray with no sides, the grease will just run off the pan and make a huge mess)
Cook for approx. 45 min. (You may need to cut into largest loaf to ensure they are done)
